Fishing charters wanted

A corporate fishing tournament, Friday 11 December 2026. About 30 anglers, five or six boats. Tower and outriggers or an open boat with rods in the holders — if she fishes and she is sound, we want her on the water.

The terms

What it costs and what you keep

The same terms as any boat listed with us, and no tournament surcharge.

8% commission

That is the whole fee. It comes off the charter, and there is nothing to pay to be listed.

Your price

You tell us what your day costs. You set it, not us.

Paid after the charter

Processed within 24 hours of a completed trip, usually in your account within three to five business days.

What a tournament boat needs

The same standard as every boat we list, plus the gear to fish properly. If something on this list is not in order yet, say so on the form — some of it we can help with.

  • A boat rigged to fish, working out of Nassau or Paradise Island
  • A licensed captain aboard — Bahamian law requires one, whether that is you or someone you bring
  • Current charter insurance
  • Tackle for up to six rods, ice and a fish box
  • Friday 11 December free — the date is fixed

What we bring

  • The anglers — about thirty, on a date already set
  • A photographer on the water — the photographs and video are yours to keep
  • We come to your dock and build your listing for you

The flyer

Print it, post it, send it on

The same one we are handing out at the docks. Save it and send it to any captain who should be on the water with us.

Captain's Marine flyer. Fishing charters wanted for a corporate fishing tournament on Friday 11 December 2026: about thirty anglers, five or six boats, sign up by Tuesday 10 November. It lists what a boat needs and the 8% commission terms, with a QR code and a WhatsApp number.

Tell us about your boat

Enough to start a conversation, not a form that takes an afternoon. We will call you on WhatsApp and arrange to come and see her.

Sign up by Tuesday 10 November. We need to confirm the fleet with the client before the end of that week, so a boat that comes in after the 10th goes on the reserve list rather than the water.

One picture is worth the whole form. Straight off your phone is fine.
Fishing properly, not guests aboard.

We never ask for banking details, passport numbers or card data on this form, and we never will. Those belong in the contracting step.

Good to know

Questions captains ask

Where does the day start and finish?
Out of Nassau or Paradise Island, away about 7am and back by 4pm. Lines in early, and the last three hours are on Rose Island for the awards and lunch.
Do I need to be a licensed captain myself?
You don't need to own a captain's license to list your boat. But all charters must adhere to Bahamian law which requires a licensed captain to operate them.
What if I have to pull out?
Tell us as early as you can. We encourage honouring all bookings, and recurring cancellations may result in the suspension of your listing.
What happens after the tournament?
Your boat stays on the fleet page and keeps taking charters — the tournament is how we met, not the whole arrangement. Same 8% and the same control over your price and your calendar. The full terms and the longer set of owner questions are on List with us.

Rather just message us?

WhatsApp +1 242 828 4085. Tell us the boat and where she sits, and we will take it from there. Or email bahamas@captainsmarine.co
